2 ways to talk with clients

Professionals will always wish to get along with their Clients. Professionals explain their decisions according to their style - in short words or in long speeches, depending on their personality and their client personality.

When a client doesn't agree with a good design there are 2 ways to talk.
The first way - listening and trying to understand where the comments come from. If it's bad taste, maybe there's nothing much to do about it. Either you follow the odd requests, put efforts on compromising or improving your conversation & explanations.

The second way - some professionals literally shout. They push back the requests saying that the client is a Hamburgers maker, a doctor, an architect, whatever… and shouldn't try to design the website.
